Richard Lallite was born in Harlem, USA and is a proud NYC Native. His northern roots are seasoned by over twenty years either working or living south of the Mason Dixon line. He is a true citizen of the world. Richard spent much of his career in Sales and Marketing for companies such as Fox 5 – NYC, Viacom, Digital Music Express and Black Entertainment Television. In 2014, he founded Harlem Boy Media Design which specializes in Graphic Design & Illustration, Web Design & Resources, Digital Design & Marketing and Motion Graphics & Video. Through his company, he developed and maintains HarlemAmerica.com bringing to life the vision and direction of its founder and CEO G. Keith Alexander.

Natalie Ramsey Dexter is a seasoned television producer and journalist with over a decade of experience in the broadcast industry. Known for her innovative storytelling and commitment to community-focused programming, she has made significant contributions to various prominent news outlets.  Since 2019, she has been a Producer for Live Events at HarlemAmerica Digital Network, overseeing all aspects of media events from concept development to post-production analysis, ensuring projects adhere to strict budgets and timelines. Natalie is an active member of the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences (NYTAS) and the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), reflecting her dedication to promoting diversity and excellence in media.Her work has earned her multiple nominations and recognition, including New York Emmy Award nominations for Best Documentary and Best Entertainment Television.

Damany Robinson

Damany Robinson began his as an intern on the Bill Boggs Show in 1986. Over the decades, Robinson built a remarkable portfolio, covering some of the most pivotal stories of our time—including the Sandy Hook school shooting, Hurricane Sandy, Occupy Wall Street, the George Floyd protests, and major presidential interviews—while also capturing lighter moments like concerts and segments for Good Day New York.

Known for both his technical skill and narrative eye, he often edited the very stories he filmed, shaping impactful journalism from behind the lens. After 20 years in the field, his dedication was honored with two Emmy Awards: one for a powerful piece on Brooklyn’s Weeksville Heritage Center, and another for outstanding coverage of weekend news during the historic George Floyd case.

Genevieve Michel-Bryan

Genevieve Michel-Bryan is an Emmy-nominated producer and a member of the Producer-Writers Guild of America. Michel-Bryan also oversees the live productions of all BLACK ENTERPRISE signature events, including Women of Power Summit, Black Men XCEL, BE Smart HBCU Hackathon, CDO Summit, and Women of Power TECH. She also serves as the executive producer of all sponsor-driven custom video/digital campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and custom videos created for signature events. Michel-Bryan had executive oversight of the content and production of the company’s three nationally syndicated television programs: Black Enterprise Business Report, Our World with Black Enterprise, and Women of Power TV.

Michel-Bryan has held several positions within the NBC News family, including segment producer for NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, Weekend Nightly News, The Today Show, and Weekend Today. At WNBC News, she served as a medical news producer for Dr. Max Gomez during the key Sweeps periods.
